Increase the number of Memphis Police Department (MPD) officers and other resources so that MPD operations will be enhanced.

Increase technology and training to enhance crime analysis capacity among all law enforcement agencies to support enhanced hot-spot policing.

- Automated License Plate Readers are in place in both the MPD and SCSO agencies to scan license plates from a patrol vehicle or fixed locations throughout the area.
